Manager · A&R executive · Talent developer

Scott brings more than 25 years of experience discovering and developing artists across genres. His work led to A&R consulting roles with Virgin Records, Wind-Up Records, Roadrunner Records and Lava Records.

During the pandemic, he moved from rock into country — first finding After Midtown, then discovering Bailey Zimmerman six months later while in a joint venture with 10th Street Entertainment. The Core Entertainment joined as strategic partner, bringing an established country foundation to a team coming from rock.

After parting with Bailey amicably, Scott returned to talent discovery through Lava. That is where he found Chloe Wilson. Rather than simply bring her to the label and leave the outcome to a pass or a yes, he chose to manage the artist he believed in.

The company is built to discover what comes next — and build it to last.
